I recently purchased a Mercedes C350 CDI from Car Village and the service from start to finish was very smooth. After answering my numerous email queries I had enough information to make the four hour round trip to view the car and I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

I was looking to buy a Jaguar XF and spotted a suitable one advertised online by Car Village. I popped in to look at it after work and was impressed to find a nice vehicle with a fully documented history and only two previous owners.
They left me alone to look over it at my own leisure and then when I was ready to test drive it we took it out for a good few miles run. It drove lovely and I decided there and then to buy it. We agreed on the price, warranty etc, and they sorted out the road tax, drive away insurance and transferred the log book over instantly online.
I drove away happy, but unfortunately unbeknown to them or me at the time there was an issue (not uncommon we have since discovered) with a hairline crack in a manifold causing the car to go into “limited performance” mode.
Having been in the motor trade myself for over 30 years I was expecting the worst, however next day I took the car back and they promised to get the problem fixed. I had also noticed a couple of other minor issues that you only find when you’ve had time to play with everything, so they said they would get these sorted as well.
I’m glad to say that that they honoured their word and got everything resolved, even replacing the manifold with a genuine Jaguar part.
I have now had the car for a month and am thoroughly enjoying driving it.

Friendly, honest, helpful and a great service provided when purchasing my Ford Fiesta. I arrived very late on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a car and the staff answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had the car on the Monday. The car was delivered locally to me at work and was in pristine condition, with 2 keys and full service history. I would definitely use Car Village again.

Polite, professional and well organised staff members. Such a huge variety of cars. This is deflationary the place to buy your next cars from. I went with my friend to purchase a vw golf back in November 2019. We didn't have to wait long before we took the car on a test drive. The car looked exactly how it looked in the photos. Within an hour we purchased the car and drove home. Within 2 weeks we revived the log books - this is brilliant as we did not have to hassle or chase them up unlike other companies. The sales staff are not pushy for a sale, the attitude and mannerism is good. Thankyou

An update on a car i had bought through Car Village LTD. The car look perfect at first glance. Was my first car and this was nearly 2 years ago. The glovebox hinge was broken and i wasn’t informed. So i told them about it and it was done. Then after a while i go to switch my rear wipers and they weren’t working. Also not informed but was too late and didn’t bother telling them. Also my car is burning oil. Was also not informed and it burns about a litre of oil every 800-1000 miles. The car was previously wrecked but was also not told. The door is completely another shade of black. Also the changed door has contaminants of other colour which is orange. And the door is black. They really seemed professional and friendly but they aren’t as innocent as they look. A real shame.
