I did actually get a good car for a good price, it was that good I bought in there on the spot.

The after sales... not so good. One salesman though (I think his name is Ian) was nice and helpful. Karim was really abrupt with me over the phone when I called to chase for my service book which still hadn't been sent to me 3 months after the purchase. I read another review about Mark's attitude and I agree, unnecessary.

We part exchanged a van for a car. Ian Godbeer talked us through everything and we were very impressed. We would certainly recommend this salesroom if you are looking for a secondhand car

So disappointed with their warranty and mechanic services.

I bought a fiat 500 reg RV61, and noticed that the air con was not cooling down. They said “just need to regas it” (it’s usually never only that the issue) they did regas it and had started cooling down.

After a few days stopped cooling down, they asked me to bring the car back to the garage. I did it, apparently, the mechanic did not find any issue and the only thing he managed to do was regas it again. Obviously that this would not solve the problem. I left the car on Thursday and got it ready only on Monday.

After a few days the air con stopped cooling down again, the warranty was over but they asked me to bring the car back for further investigation. It took 8 DAYS to fix it, the mechanic said IT’S NOW FIXED.

After a few days the air con stopped cooling down again, this is so disappointing, it’s summer in the UK and can’t use the air con.

Long story short, they tried to fix the air con 3 times and it is still not cooling down. I won’t bring the car back to the garage again.

It’s fine if they don’t know what the problem is, but they should take the car to an air con specialist to fix that.

I’m disappointed, I decided to buy from a garage for hassle-free, but it has been the opposite.

Hopping to get that fixed by an air con specialist and will send the bill to Classic Automobile, let's see what they say after this 1 star review. Will you reimburse me? Shall I take it to court?

Really happy with my new car, was in excellent condition inside and out. Was bought to me for a test drive and then delivered to me once purchased which saved me the trouble of travelling to them. They also serviced the car for me and changed the break pads and discs. Very friendly service and great communication. Very smooth process and would buy from them again. Thanks again!

Bought a car here, no hassle, they had a decent selection but we had put down a refundable deposit on the one we wanted. Same day, noticed broken fog light glass and a windscreen chip. Classic Automobiles came to our home (the other side of London) to pick up the car, took it away & fixed everything, then brought it back the next day.

I bought a second hand Citroen C4 Cactus from Classic Automobiles around 6 months ago and can honestly say my entire experience has been great.

I thought I'd leave writing a review for a while to see how the car performed and as hoped, everything so far (touch wood) has been smooth.

I can't remember the salesman's name, think it may have been Ian, but I do remember him being friendly, polite and professional.

Honestly couldn't of asked for a better service. Certainly recommend giving Classic Automobiles a visit if you're looking to change your car.

Dodgy dealer takes deposit and dsnt return money. I'd be careful don't hand over any money

Excellent service and was very happy they delivered the car and dealt with a dashboard bulb light that was not showing. It was a simple fix and done in a 5 minutes. Fiat want it booked in to repair but you guys did it for me. Well done
