Auto Sussex are to be commended for their superb customer service, which is unlike anything i have ever experienced before. The salesman, Charles, was brilliant, no pressure selling tactics, no attempt to up-sell finance, extended warranty, paint protection or any of the usual nonsense that I didn't want. There was no quibbling when it came to my trade-in value and my wife and I were allowed to take the car for a test drive alone with no set time limit and no pressure to buy when we returned (although I did buy it after a bit of pressure from the wife!).

If only other dealers could learn from this excellent business model, I for one would be far less wary about buying a used car. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future or recommending them highly to friends and family.

Finally I am really happy with the car, it was immaculate when we collected it, and I would like to thank Charles and the team at Auto Sussex for a great buying experience and wish them well for the future.

I bought an Audi RS5 from this company, firstly the vehicle came with no logbook and I was told to apply a V62 and they would cover the £25 fee which was never covered after they claimed they sent it to me which I haven’t till this date. Secondly, after 1 maintenance wash the laqquer on the all alloy wheels started to peal off, this was due to the wheels having an extremely poor refurb carried out. I reached out to Auto Sussex in hope they would assist some how, however I was ignored after several times only to then get a response from Charles I believe saying we can’t do anything about it?! Refurbing them correctly set me back a further £600. I felt like I was sold the car and then the moment I left it was like zero after sales. Highly disappointed

Bought nissan qashqai from here. Well worth the journey as excellent service provided no hidden agenda. Found them to be extremely genuine and professional. Car running as expected. Highly recommended. Will be back in future as and when necessary

Bought a Golf over a year ago and no issues and I am very happy. Good experience overall. I did have to haggle to arrange delivery to my home in London after negotiating on cost which I think is unnecessary. Other than that would recommended.

As a women buying a car I have frequently felt ignored or side lined but Charles didn’t do this. He spoke with me as he realised I was the buyer and not my son in law who was there to support me. Charles gave me time to look the car over, ask questions and take it for a test drive without the full on usual salesman pitch which was refreshing. It was a fair part exchange price offered.
I would definitely recommend buying a car from this company. This is the second time my family have gone to this garage and come away with a lovely car so that says something.
