Do not, and I mean DO NOT purchase a car from here specifically from Barnet. I got a car from here, drove it back to West Sussex and everything was fine, the next day the car wouldn't start and battery was dead. It was very apperent that they sold me a car that was dodgy. We had it checked by 4 different professionals and they ALL told me there was a massive problem with the immobiliser, and many other things with the car. This company denied everything and said it must of been me, I didn't even have the car for 24 hours before it broke down on me. I had the car for 5 months and drove it once, they refused any responsibility for it and refused to take it in and fix it, or at least give me my money back. This is truly the worst company I have ever come across, and the man who deals with sales is the most incompetent worker i have seen. I truly hope this businesses fails and they are all left bankrupt! My recently widowed mother needed a reliable car for work and this is what she got. Makes me sick. I hope atleast I can prevent 1 person to turn elsewhere and get a car from a company that 1 isn't dodgy and 2 has respect for their customers. They caused so much distress for my mother, and I truly hope karma comes back around!

So here is my honest review on this company! I live down in South East kent! I took a few days off to go look at some Audi vehicles! I saw some right dogs, I tell you! We made our way up to east London and couldn’t find anything decent! As we were so far up from home, we looked on Auto Trader. Seemed a much safer bet than places like Facebook and came across this “HIDDEN GEM” of a car dealer!! North London, not too far from where we were! Located in the middle of nowhere, this car dealer had this beautiful Audi A4. The sales man was open, honest and fair! He showed us the car, handed me the key an said “take as long as you wish, look at what you want, read through the paperwork, if your happy and if you’d like to take it for a test drive, let him know.” This car was decent on first appearances and upon closer inspection, it ticked all my boxes. Took for a test drive and was happy enough! So I decided to purchase the car! Drove it all the way back home praying it didn’t die, it in fact, drove really well! 53.8 mpg!! Safely back home, Iv now driven it around for the last 3 weeks to get aquatinted with the car properly and have only found the following “issues”. A weak battery, driver rear door doesn’t always unlock off the fob, thermostat (takes a while longer to get up to temp) and a broken fog light . Four easy, cheap enough fixes! So had the car booked in with my mechanic at a local car dealership/garage to look over it for me before I throw any real money on it. He gave it back saying it’s a proper sound car, if he was to MOT it he would pass it. Plugged it in, no fault codes in the memory! So to conclude my review, in my own personal experience of buying a car from these guys, it was worth the trip for me!! Honest and fair!! I’m sooo glad I have a decent reliable car and I that didn’t get ripped off!!! Thanks guys!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ I would also like to add now, that iv had the car for a little over 6 months, no problems what so ever! Done around 5000 miles in it since purchase, just passed MOT with NO advisories! This is one of the best cars iv ever owned! I got a reliable car with good MPG!

I brought a car from this company 3 months ago. Absolutely very happy with them. There service was superb. Very nice guy Adam and very helpful. Had a minor issue and they helped me instantly. Definitely recommend to first time car buyers. Thanks again

I don't recommend.Stay away! .The first thing he said when I asked about the car "are you really interested "in the way like -don't waste my time.He sold the car without telling me that the car was spear or repair. I noticed when I got home that he wrote sper or repair with a pen on the document that I signed .I took the car to the mechanic. He checked the car -not fit for drive £1200 to repair I bought the car for£ 1200 +£ 50 administration fee, from Barnet The advert didn't mention spare or repair .

Bought a car from here a year ago, they entered the incorrect information online on V5 registration form sent to DVLA. Now dealing with extra admin. with the DVLA and a fee. Completely unapologetic about the whole thing. Would avoid

Really impressed. Buying a car can sometimes be a little daunting unless you really know what you're doing (which I don't!), but these guys were fantastic. Find the car through Autotrader, they were great on the phone and the buying process was so quick, and a month on I'm very happy with the car we bought. Buy with confidence

Exceptional service and after care
Recently bought a Mercedes-Benz from them. Normally I don’t tend to leave reviews, but this time it’s worth it as highly impressed with the level of service and after care provided. They went a way beyond my expectations. Phones were answered promptly, even out of office hours. Came on Sunday to inspect the car, paid and took it away. Exceptional service was provided throughout. Definitely recommend them! Thanks to Adam, was very helpful, trustworthy and polite.
