Bought a car from Car Planet in July 2019. Immediately after buying the car there were two issues.

One was excessive smoke being released from the car when turning on the ignition (image attached), the second was a passenger seat belt buckle was not working.
Both issues the dealership looked at and repaired.

Now we have a third issue and this is all within a 7 month period.

This third issue I am disputing with the dealership as I simply do not trust the car I bought from them.

This is all very disappointing as this is my first car.

I just purchased my Juke Nissan car from Car planet and I can confidently express that the staff are phenomenal .Dan was the staff that attended to me -he is a lovely man . He is calm , professional and supportive .He supported me from the start to the end .He went beyond .

I bought a car from Car Planet recently. The guys were very helpful from the start and when I pointed out two minor cosmetic problems, they dealt with them without delay. Very helpful, very friendly.

Confirmed a viewing for a Renault 7 seater, however on the journey to view it, he made a phonecall within the last 15 minutes of our journey to tell us the car is now gone and deposit has been made on it. Didn't offer any bank details nor did they make us aware of this until the very last minute, wasting our time on Christmas eve which could of been spent with our family. Bad communication overall and will not be buying a car off then in the future.
