I had a problem with my car a few days after I bought it and Khalid went above and beyond to arrange repairs, and followed up to make sure I was happy.
Have never recommended a car dealer before to anyone, but I would certainly recommend Motor Ring Ltd, and would definately use them again!
In the original ad on Auto Trader the car had apparently been serviced in August 2020; in the service book it said it was serviced in October 2020. (In hindsight, this explains why he made excuses and I only got the documents after I handed over my money). Post purchase the tailgate button stopped working and I was told by Khalid it wasn’t supposed to function and that the key was the only option to open the boot which we all know is absolute bull. The car was supposedly sold with a wheel locking nut but this was not in the car; again I was called a liar. I spent a further £40 on a new one from BMW.
The after sales service is shocking. I received nothing but allegations. I only wanted a decent car to drive. I was refused a refund and they also refused to look at it for me. Unfortunately the car only me LASTED FOR 6 MONTHS
I challenged Khalid on this and I was shouted at down the phone, was called a liar and was told I had no leg to stand on as I had no proof. If you’re reading this and wondering… I also have proof of these telephone recordings, falsified documents and I am happy to send them to enquiring customers… but if you’ve read this far you’re probably made your mind up and decided to go somewhere else by now.
I was completely fleeced of my money (£2,500) and considering my previous car broke and I was working as a community nurse for the NHS I would’ve thought he would’ve been a bit more considerate and honest. Especially working during the height of a global pandemic, but he just wanted my money.
If you want to buy a car which will turn into a money pit. PLEASE buy a car from MotorRing.
The bottom line is that we all have bad customer service experiences. Customers will have bad experiences with even the most customer-centric organizations, but if 80%+ of the customers are raving about the company, then they must be doing something right!

I was welcomed by Khalid and James into what felt like a really calm non pressured environment which was the complete flip side to the previous 10 mostly main agents I had visited the week prior to today, I came to see a BMW that was advertised on Autotrader again after recent events I was dubious to see if this car lived up to the photos or whether it was going to be another wasted trip and to my surprise it exceeded them, it was immaculate not a single dent or blemish.
Just looking around the forecourt it really shows the level of preparation and service not only matches but exceeds main agent standards, Ill be sure to return the next time we need a car!
