I am thrilled with my new Mercedes CLS 350 Premium Plus supplied by DW Leisure.

Having never bought a car before online without physically seeing it I was a little nervous, but my worries were totally unfounded as the car is absolutely immaculate and having only done 7000 miles still had that new car smell.

David was extremely helpful and could not do enough in terms of sending me videos and photographs as well as answering any of my questions.

Delivery to my home considering the COVID situation was fantastic, David sends you a link so you can track the progress of your delivery in real-time.

The vehicle was sanitised and had protective covers on seats, steering , wheels and door latches, which were removed when David arrived.

I cannot praise DW leisure enough they saved me money over a Mercedes Main dealer and delivered a beautiful low mileage car with full service history, warranty and AA Cover.

They are a quality company and I will definitely use them again in future and recommend all of my friends and family to them if they are looking for a genuine high quality low mileage Mercedes Benz.

I have been delighted with the car but the buying experience left a lot to be desired. The lack of additional products to purchase i.e. GAP Insurance, Extended Warranty and the like didn’t help.

Contactless ‘handover’ is a complete farce, I expected better.

However, as I said, the car is great and meets my needs completely.

I’M REALLY NOT INTERESTED IN BUSINESSES USING covid AS AN EXCUSE. I CARRIED ON AS NORMAL AND I EXPECTED THE SAME.

We couldn't recommend DW Leisure enough, from the first phone call to enquire right until the home delivery service a week later the customer service was flawless! David was very helpful with every step, nothing was too much to ask, no matter the day or time of the week - he even drove 5 hours to deliver it on a sunday! If we ever want another Mercedes-Benz we would not go to any other dealership.

I met with David who was very friendly and professional. He gave me a lot of time and answered all my questions. He was so kind and patient with me.

I bought the car and went back to pick it up today. Before I left he spent time explaining all the gadgets to me.

This was a big deal for me as My previous two cars have been BMW. This was my first Mercedes so was understandably nervous. The car is beautiful and I am very fortunate to have met David.

Bought a beautiful Mercedes GLC from these guys, specifically mentioned that I needed 2 keys and was assured 2 working keys would come with the car. Had the car delivered, super happy! As I share the car with my husband, I had gone to work with the main key while he attempted to pick up the children from school using the spare, but to his surprise couldn’t get into the car… long story short, we’ve been sold a faulty key, and now DW Leisure are refusing to rectify the problem. We’ve spent so much time and money going back and forth with them about the spare key but to no avail, it’s almost as if they knew it was faulty to begin with and now their just trying to pass the blame. Really upsetting as they promised such luxury service but it seems as though we’ve been had by a dodgy car salesman, the one thing you try to avoid when buying a new car :(

Just bought a car from this establishment and I have to say I have never been treated with so much respect and helpfulness.David handled everything and delivered the car on time and went through the many aspects to make this experience trouble-free. We bought a car earlier this month from DW and David was professional and did not use any hard sales tactics. The process was straightforward and David delivered our Mercedes EQB himself and walked us through the vehicle. A nice experience from beginning to end and we are enjoying the car so far!
