This garage is an absolute disgrace. My partner and myself drove over an hour to view a car after seeing it online on 27th February. Initially seemed a genuine garage and dealership. Viewed the car and loved it placed a deposit and was advised the mot and service will be completed on the Monday or Tuesday and we would be contacted on Wednesday to discuss the outcome and collect the car on Saturday. We were even offered to get the train and be collected from the train station by the gentleman. This now leads me on to the car apparently having a leak and being fixed and we would be contacted once finished. We are still waiting and have had no contact unless we have called and caught them off guard in which case they have had to speak to us but we just get fobbed off. Discusting customer service.

Recently purchased a summer run-a-round from this dealership and from my experience I would highly recommend this business. The service afforded me from sales, customer services and after sales has been second to none. The entire package is delivered with service at the forefront of the business, many thanks, Dave for making my experience such a positive one.

Just bought a Jaguar XF from DRH, I am really happy with it, was a pleasure to do business with Dave who couldn’t do enough to help during the deal, even down to the fact that he will be sending a guy to my home to sort out some minor scuffs on it as the guy was unavailable at the time of exchange.
I would highly recommend this company.

Do not buy a car off this absolute clown. Taking deposits for cars he has already sold and not giving you your money back. Messed around, avoided phone calls. Con man. No way to run a business. If you have any sense you’ll steer clear *pun intended*

That was my opinion 2 years back. After 2 years I didn't recive my documents frome car bo service history. And when I take car apparently it suppose be full service history.
Sorry but don't belive them if they say we "we will send them to you" best check car with mechanic or order someone to check it before you take it.

I both Honda CR-V. I was sending messages on your mobile about service history. I drive from Scotland to collect the car if you don't have my records that only show how you care. And I was selling car on something newer that was the point of my review, no service history mean les price for car ...

Absolutely over the moon with my incredible purchase from the prestige dealer will be back for many cars in the future.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. The aftercare is amazing. I travelled 85 miles to get the car I wanted and Dave also got me a great deal on finance. I had a small fault with the car after but Dave sorted it out for me-no hassle at all. I didn’t haggle with the purchase price as I would rather pay the asking price and have peace of mind and that is exactly what I got. Usually once a dealership have your money then that is it-it’s sold as seen but with DRH Dave made sure the after care was just as good, if not better, than the service at the sale. Even though I live 85 miles from DRH I will be keen to buy my next car from them-it’s worth it.

Really pleased with aftercare support and also kindly had the car detailed again for me as part of the deal.

I've also sold my previous vehicle with him at the back end of 2020. Probably the worst time of year to try and sell a car but Dave managed to sell it in under 3 weeks and with a price above what I wanted. Really pleased with the help and recommend anyone looking for a new car to speak with Dave and let him find the right car for you!
