I purchased a Land Rover Discovery 4 from New Stone back in November. I wanted to give it a bit of time and its first service before leaving this review.
The car has more than met my expectations, and the service when I purchased it (putting it through its MOT and fixing an Advisory for no extra cost) was excellent. Would fully recommend.

Best service I have received. I travelled 50 miles to pick up my dream car. I absolutely love it. Definitely recommend New Stone Motors.

This company tried to sell me a van for 9500pounds ,I noticed in there pictures maybe there was a large dent in the back door ,he said ok we will fix ,then he said every panel is destroyed ,I said why you try to sell this he said ,up to you ,for 9500 pounds it's a write-off

Disappointed with this company. Bought a Skoda Octavia estate from them and hadn't realised when buying it the turbo didn't work, I was led to believe it was just a 1l so I didn't question why it was slow. When the engine management light came on I got my local garage to look at it but they couldn't work out the issue. They also sold me a warranty on the car with handler protect, so I contacted them and had to get it diagnosed by a registered Skoda company who told me the turbo didn't work, handler protect then declined to pay as it hadn't instantly failed (in there terms). So I had to pay over £1500 for a replacement. Once it was done I realised it had never worked from word go because the car was a lot faster. No reply to emails or txt messages of the companies complaints procedure.

Just took my Mercedes A Class. I drove over 3 hours and the car was absolutely beautiful and very honest sales person. I will definitely buy again

You can tell a lot from a dealership by the way they greet you and help you on the first visit. It's good customer service that actually brings individuals back. Sold me a beautiful car which I love dearly!
