4th vehicle purchased from crystal motors over the years, and the 4th was just as exceptional as the 1st, friendly staff that help when you want them to. I was left alone and not hounded. When I was ready I was met with nothing but professionalism. By far a stress free easy transaction. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, but still wasn’t good enough for the crystal motor team. As I found out when I went to collect the vehicle and it had undergone an intensive clean and polish. On all 10-10 service and I’m 100% sure I’ll be back again. I cannot say how fantastic crystal motors are ….. from first contact to last they are a truly professional company…. Louise was the star from day 1 a truly professional lady made the buying process so simple she did everything from all the paperwork and the registration of vehicle taxing and change of personal plate and delivery of my new car she would call all throughout the sale on time at a time I requested and completed all documentation for me …. Car was delivered on time and fully serviced and in absolutely immaculate condition with all appropriate paperwork…. I would recommend crystal motors to anybody and hopefully will deal with them again in the future for my family …. my last comment is they made me feel they cared about the customer and the service they offered very much 5 star…

I do not usually write reviews however, A totally enjoyable purchase! Straightforward and efficient. Will keep in mind for future purchases and so would recommend without hesitation.
My husband and I made a purchase last weekend. From start to finish the entire Sales and Customer service experience was I would say, how it should be. We were able to look around on our own, staff were valeting vehicles and looked up to say hello but no one was following us around and observing every move. When we did make our enquiry the staff were knowledgeable and we were allowed to test drive the vehicle on our own therefore, we were able to discuss further in private how we wanted to proceed. We were able to negotiate the purchase price easily and were able to leave a deposit that suited my husband and I. We were able to collect the vehicle on a day and at a time which worked for us and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to anyone and certainly would return.

I bought a beautiful Range Rover which sadly developed a fault. Crystal took the vehicle back, gave me a courtesy car and fixed the fault with ease. Very impressed at the customer service and how quickly and efficiently they dealt with everything. They again went above and beyond.

I was looking to change my car and found one at Crystal Motor Company. I made contact and had a few messages with Adrian (who was away on holiday at the time) and I arranged to go and see it. The car was ready for me to view and test drive. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure at all from Clint who I saw when I went to view/test drive. We did the deal and I picked the car up a few days later and dealt with Adrian. Everything from start to finish was easy, personal, no pressure and seemless. Thoroughly recommend this garage.
