SMK Performance

Firstly i live over 250miles from SMK Performance.
I was a bit apprehensive at first about buying a vehicle I could not view for myself but Shah the sales person sent me as many photos as I wanted and also took his time to inspect the car to make sure I knew about any little marks that may not have shown. Upon arrival i was made to feel very at ease and was able to take the vehicle for a test run on my own.
The after care SMK have also provided for me has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this garage to everybody, its been a very good car buying experience for myself.

SMK performance are the single best car dealership I've used in my time. They're the best of both worlds: shopping around a big name dealership or buying privately; these guys are 10/10 in every respect.
They were all friendly and put me (the customer) first! I rang to enquire about a car on their website, and instantly arranged a viewing. When I arrived to view the car I was welcomed by friendly staff, and trusted to drive the car by myself which I'm sure we all love. I fell in love instantly and decided I wanted to trade in my car that had outstanding finance for this new vehicle. The staff here went above and beyond to settle my finance and agree a new deal for me on the new motor, and it took less than 2 days from viewing the car to swapping vehicles and driving away my new one!
Every member of staff were supportive and smiling and laughing with me the whole time. I would 10/10 recommend, and will most definitely use this company again in the future. They are expanding their business and with good reason!

I would highly recommend SMK Performance! Brilliant customer service throughout the whole process from making the appointment to see a completely different car to the car that I have purchased the sales man helped me choose my new family car and didn't mind getting all the other cars out just for me to test drive. Afterwards we run through some options of finance and too some details and told me about the company but was never pushy it was all at my pace. Once deciding I wanted to buy that car he kept me update the whole time. I thought I saw a fault with the car on test drive and flagged this up and it was rectified straight away and they said they will extend my warranty as a peace of mind. Even with me being 900miles away on holiday we still managed to get the car through finance and get it delivered to the hotel at stansted. I have been through main dealerships before and the level of service you get from them is like a back street used car market compared to the experience of SMK I would give them 5 stars all day long and will be buying from them again my salesman was Shah. Car broke after two days. Then got stuck in car for hour and half after waiting for AA. Keyless entry finally worked. Afte continous mesages and calls 4 days later they accepted to take car back. They charged me £1 a mile for using the car. I Live 70 miles to SMK one way. I didn't sign anything to do with milage especially after 5 days having the car I didn't get a full refund!. Tried to say there was nothing wrong with car! I've got photos of EML keyless entry problems and phones calls from AA themselves. Car had 10 miles left in tank when purchased the vehicle. Would never go back again!

Bought my first car with SMK yesterday and had a great customer journey. Shah was very informative and helpful and even stayed late to allow me to finished the process of buying the car. Went here with my sister to view a car over the weekend and honestly could not fault this Place! Could not ask for better service. My sister was buying her first ever car and Shah was honestly so helpful. She was able to do a test drive to get a feel for the car, he offered to bump down the price as she wanted to fix the tyres up herself, there’s a 6 months AA warranty included, and she was able to o all the paperwork within the same day and drive away with it! I can’t recommend them enough, the amazing care Shah puts into his customers is fantastic, and definitely somewhere I will be back for more! Thank you again!!

Bought an Audi A8 a week ago from them. The car was presented perfectly to me and the people that managed my request were really helpful and acted so professionally and friendly.
