A really honest and down to earth man. Doesn’t pressure sale, and is completely honest. Helped us in every way possible and has made me extremely happy with a new car! Definitely recommend, if youre looking for a trust worthy garage this is it!

Told them I’m going to buy the car late Friday, i said please hold it for my and my finance provider will be in touch asap. Obviously during the weekend it was hard to get that sorted. They called them early on Monday morning to find out that the car has been gone.
I wish they called me before selling it to someone else cause i wanted it first!
They knew that i was buying it i confirmed that with them!

I was going to put a deposit but i asked them if something goes wrong with finance or anything would you return it, they said you’d have to speak to the finance company about that it’s not our problem.
So you’ll basically lose your deposit

Really great service, timely and a very friendly business. They helped me find a car that was suitable for me and there was no pressure put on me to purchase. I purchased a Ford Fiesta on finance. I noticed the car needed a new tyre and they did this for me then and there! They have excellent communication and customer service. Can't fault this company! Would 100% recommend.

Really positive experience. I’ve brought multiple cars over the past 10 years, and I’ve never had an experience so smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable! From enquiring about the car, to viewing it, placing a deposit and driving it away. This was done over 48 hours, and included part exchanging my old car in too. I think I was the one that caused any hiccups, as I’m heavily pregnant with a very high risk pregnancy, and forgot to bring the second key up for the old car on collection of the new one. However again, Jamie made this stress free, and just said to pop it over to him, or send it. The car itself is great. We brought a Ford Smax Titanium Sport for our growing family, owned it a few weeks now and seems perfect. Will be recommending John Phillip Cars far and wide, would not hesitate to use them in the future. Very accommodating, professional and friendly. Thank you so much!
