Absolutely disgusting experience buying a car from here. Awful salesman Aaron.
I’d be in a car accident resulting in my car being written off so needed a new one. Saw a lovely Ford Focus for £2399. Reasonable price. When I looked at it and test drove it it all seemed ok. I was told it had two owners from new and full service history, I was shown the service book when viewing. It had a few scratches and dents and that was that. Aaron told me it was a good car, no problems, I asked for it to be MOT’d so I had peace of mind and it was.
I paid a deposit and then waited for it to be delivered. The day we agreed on it didn’t come. I rang and Aaron said he was too busy and would deliver it the next couple of days. Once again he didn’t show up. I text him asking for the car to be delivered as I needed it for work by this point. He eventually delivered it 8 days late. It was delivered with no service book. Nothing in it. The radio needed a code which he said he would sort and hadn’t.
I had the car for one day when it started going wrong. Sometimes it just wouldn’t start at all and sometimes the engine fault light would come on while driving.
When trying to call and text Aaron about the car going wrong and the radio and service book he wouldn’t answer. Only when I had the car looked at after buying was I told it had a £600 fault with it. I drove to the office and asked his colleague to talk to him. He wasn’t there I was told and would call me. He only called me when I threatened to call the police on him for selling me a faulty car that wasn’t even fit for purpose within 30 days of buying it. He was then absolutely disgusting and told me I didn’t have a leg to stand on and that his receipt said (in very small faint print) no returns, replaces or refunds. He completely diddled me. I’ve emailed him 3 times since to several different email addresses to just get the service book back and have had no replies. I now have a car that I’ve had to pay £600 to fix after just buying it for £2,399. With no service history whatever. All I have is a V5 slip and that’s it. Absolutely disgusting customer service and management. Once again do not buy a car from here. I can only assume that the good reviews here are from family and friends because if you scroll down there’s some that are similar to mine.
Corrupt salesman comes to mine. The money went to his personal account to so I’m sure the tax man would love to know that he’s pocketed it.
