I purchased my new car from Formby Car Centre via part ex last month and couldn’t of been happier with the service received from Jon from start to finish. I was offered a fair price on the part ex, all of the cars were well kept and extremely presentable and the show room itself was modern and clean. Whilst viewing the car the full service history was on hand for inspection and all questions answered. Good honest people who are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks a lot.

I bought a Mercedes C300 Diesel-Electric Hybrid from John at the Formby Car Centre. What a fantastic car! The equivalent at the Mercedes dealer was approx 6k dearer.
The purchase was quick and straight forward. John had the full history of the car available for viewing, gave a thorough tour and took me and my wife on a test drive around the area. Quick and simple.
Unfortunately, about 2 months after buying the car, the vacuum pump failed on the diesel engine whilst we were travelling around Ireland. Without hassle, John sorted out all the repair costs which took a huge worry off our mind, especially as we had a ferry to catch!
Top dealer. Would buy from again.

This is the second car we've bought from Formby car centre, and will definitely be using them again in the future.
John is a friendly guy, not the usual pushy car salesman, great deal on our part exchange to.

Purchased a beautiful Ford kuga from formby car center, the car looks even better than expected and drives like it's brand new which was a lovely surprise after visiting some of the bigger dealerships. You can tell that Jon( who was an absolute gentleman ) takes great pride in his cars and showroom, I would definitely deal with formby car center again.

I bought a vw passat estate online and it was delivered by transporter last week. I was quite sceptical about buying without seeing the vehicle, first time I've done this!
The communication from Jon was good and I have found him to be genuine and honest. I am delighted with the car, it is the high spec I wanted, having owned 2 previous more basic Passats in the past.
Today I have been to my main dealer for a thorough health check and very happy everything is in order.
Zak the delivery guy was spot on too, although he had got slightly lost in Northumberland, poor soul.

I drove all the way from Cardiff to pick up a rather elderly Volvo, on the strength of previse reviews and was not disappointed. The car was described truthfully and accurately, and was indeed even better than I had dared hoped for, given the car's age. John prepares all his cars to the very highest of standards, even the older part-ex ones. He was very attentive and could genuinely not do enough to help me, even arranging the car tax for me in minuets online. The wife loves her new car. Would I make the 450 mile round trip again to buy a car from Formby car centre? Without any hesitation whatsoever! Many thanks mate
