Park Lane Car Sales

Bought a vehicle, had a few problems in the first 2 weeks advised them off the issues and that I had repaired them and it cost me around £300 and they reimbursed me immediately. Bearing in mind the vehicle I bought was only £2500 this was very honourable and very good customer service from a car sales garage, would defo use them again.

Bought a Zafira, paid in cash, 3 months warranty never arrived despite asking many times, car in 6 months startet to give all sort of problems, ECU, DPF and won't start. SELLER KNEW CAR WOULD GIVE UP SOON.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL !! I am only giving a star so I can leave a review!!!stay away! Where do I start...
We were kept waiting weeks and weeks for car as there was a private plate on it and it had to be transferred to previous owner. This never happened! Had car since October and NO paperwork yet!! Untold problems with the car. In and out the garage 4 times! Promised a courtesy car off the forecourt and they never did anything!lost 3 days pay at work..no car for days and NO apologies!! Stay away from the cowboys

Lovely lovely people esp Jon bought a little Merc A Class form my disabled father in law Harry couldn’t have been more helpful 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I will recommend them all and get them to find me a Discovery when I’m ready to change ps.... the car was only £2600 a thousand cheaper than anything else out there yet they treated us like it was a 26k car well done.

They have gone bust and I'm not surprised. Bought a Fiesta Nov 2018 and within 8 weeks it was losing all power.Back and forth to their recommended garage and the fault was 'fixed'. Wrong! Also had to replace all 4 tyres, the battery and wipers at a cost of over £500. 1 tyre was 18yrs old and they'd obviously switched them before I collected it. The spare wasnt even the correct size! Asked for my money back numerous times but was refused so I threatened them with court only to find they've gone bust before I could sue them! I'm stuck with a 4k car that has been sat on my path for a year with no means of being able to afford to get it fixed. According to records at Companies House they filed to dissolve before I even bought my car but continued to take people's cash! No doubt they'll be open under a different name in a couple of months, but I hope this serves as a warning to people to steer clear of whoever takes over that site.

What an amazing company! The car was exactly as described and drove flawlessly, Steve really helped and told me everything and I was not disappointed as I travelled all the way from Heathrow to get the car! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

There not bust as there selling loads of cars on eBay also guarantee finance that would be ok if they turn there phones on but after looking at other reviews I'll leave the car I was looking at .

i own the garage behind park lane car sales , Hawthorne garage, just so everyone knows Park lane car sales is no longer there and neither are the owners , the site has now been took over by another company, also for everyone that says he is still selling car on ebay, they are all no longer available he just has not took any post down, as i am getting numerous calls looking for park lane car sales.
