Windisor Classics, a family-run car dealership in Chertsey, is every first car buyer's dream. I had got into contact with Lloyd, the main man, and he had handpicked my car for me despite not having it in his dealership at the time shortly after explaining to him the car I was looking for (Ford Fiesta - between 08 - 12). I could have not asked for a better first car, one that was cleaned and polished to perfection, and performs like new. From a customer service standpoint, Windisor really delivers. Lloyd was decent and kind enough to have my new ride delivered to me at my door after servicing it thoroughly, and taxing the vehicle too. If that isn't service, I don't know what is. I'll be returning to Windisor for my regular MOT and servicing, and my second car!

I have used Windisor Classics for repairs and MOT’s for years now! All the staff are very knowledgeable and the quality of work is second to none. Louise the service director always goes the extra mile to source any required parts for the best possible price, she keeps you updated with progression of the repairs. A+++ from me a proper 5 star family run business. I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon.

A business where clients are treated like family. Excellent customer service that is trustworthy and honest. Instead of persuading you to buy the car you want, they would help you purchase the car you need. That's the difference.
New to the country. Wanted to purchase a family vehicle. Came by briefly to see around. Looked through the cars I desired. Steve gave me a recommendation for the right vehicle for my family. We had the car with us after Llyod assisted us in smoothly completing the financing process. Another satisfied customer for the business.
The story doesn't end there; an accident forced me to scrap the car. wished to buy a new vehicle. I went to the dealership at random to check it out and look at a few, but Steve told me to wait for an improved model of a new automobile. My child was always occupying himself with a blue car since he wanted one in that colour.
The next time I went to the store to look at the newer models, my family and I chose the car Steve had suggested we like, but that wasn't what surprised me. Steve told my son, "That's not blue colour though." He even recalled something that might have been dismissed as the babbling of a young child.
Unfortunately, this time the financing was not granted, and the funds were not acquired in a timely manner. However, Lloyd and Steve promised us that they would keep the car for us. They carried out their promises in full.
They don't need to advertise because their customer obsession makes their customers their best marketers. I can suggest this location to anyone with the highest confidence, and I have already done so.

Excellent service very highly recommended. If you looking to buy a used car this is the place to visit. I honestly can't fault them.
