Nice people, good cars.

I purchased a lovely Golf Edition 35 from Volkspeed a few months ago. Very, very happy with the car. We dealt with Barry and Jason - really nice guys. I would certainly buy from them again.

Absolutely disgusted by the manner in which i was dealt with when trying to book my car in for a service. The lady that i spoke to Carol was extremely rude and unhelpful. She would not provide me with a cost for how much the service was going to be i was told " we don't know what service is due until the car comes into us" this was after i had advised that it was the 4th year service is due. I also had the service book to hand with full service history however they didn't seem to be interested in this. Carol put the phone down on me after i enquired for a second time regarding prices. When i phoned back there was no apology and i could hear Carol in the background being very rude about me. I then asked to speak to the manager, who acted as if her behaviour was acceptable. needless to say i will NOT be booking my car in nor will i be recommending them to any of my friends of family. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Always amazing service!
We've had our car serviced there for the past 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always very helpful and have helped us out a couple of times, where last-minute car issues threatened to ruin our holidays.
