Avoid these guys

Called them for a van viewing. They put the price up straight away.
Dirty and pricy car. we found oil leak, They said they will get the MOT and oil leak fix for us. Next day called them for the MOT results they changed the price once again. Says they have fixed the oil leak and break pads, once I checked online. Break pads hasn't been changed.

U will just end up sending more money on ur vehicle if u go with these guys.

I was bit nervous while buying the car as it was my first in UK and first used car purchase. However, the owner and other staffs were very helpful and guided me through the process, building a confidence, that I bought it even without a proper test drive myself :O... I bought the car yesterday, 25th May 2022, and am feeling confident. Although it might seem to be too early to write a review, but I am confident that I will not need to come back and write anything otherwise. :) I will try to give another feedback after a quarter or earlier if I see any major problems :)

Bought a van a week ago. I was nervous about buying from somewhere I didn't know. We're happy with our purchase. No problems or issues.

We called the day before and again that morning to confirm the vehicle was still there. We had no issues with pricing as suggested in other reviews.

We were able to take the vehicle quickly and they trusted us to go back with the back seats from the van we were part exchanging.

Our experience was good.

Bought a van from here a week ago, they were friendly, offered us bottles of water whilst we browsed on a hot day and gave my kids an ice cream to keep them occupied whilst we were sorting the paperwork. So I was pleased with the overall service.
Many bad reviews are rating the vehicles, this is not a main dealership where they put their name to the standard of the car, they take used vehicles of various conditions fix’s any obviously wrong problems or sell describing the problems, therefore any reviews with 1 star saying “I’ve had lots of trouble with the car” etc is a little unfair.

Bought a van this week from the New Malden branch, very helpful and honest. When we are ready to upgrade to a larger van I will give Ahmed a call. Many vans in stock reasonably priced.

Bought a Automatic Citroen Nemo and it had a few minor issues (passenger window button stopped working) but the garage has booked the van in to be checked over and overall I've had a very pleasant experience. I would personally recommend this garage and I'm very happy with the new van to date and look forward to having the van looked over on the 14th by the garage.

Do not trust these people. We went to see a van, it was significantly different to the description. It had accident damage which hadn't been mentioned. The advertised satnav didn't work, etc. They refused to refund our deposit, despite the false advertising.

Overall a good experience and definitely recommend them.
I recently bought a van which went wrong within 2 days. I was extremely worried about the outcome of what would happen. SAID MOTORS quickly replaced my van and refunded me some of the balance. They stayed later in the office on a Friday night until I was satisfied as a consumer.
I can honestly say they are an HONEST company and will always do there best to ensure satisfaction for the customers.
