Bought a car last September from there. I took it to an engineer for general service the day after. He noticed multiple problems with the car and asked me if I wanted them fixed. Engine coolant reservoir could not open (they needed a vice to do so), oil tank leaking, faulty EGR (exhaust gas recirculation), misalignment on wheels and a few other minor issues such as the bonnet latch was attached using a nut and bolt (tearing the plastic handle). I did not say yes because I just had the car bought and had warranty on it (in addition to breakdown) from the car shop. When I called the shop, the dialer shut the phone one me. I did not bother because I disliked their tone after they sold the car and payed to fix the car to the mechanic, plus I was quite in a hurry and I needed a car. 11 months after I am trying to sell the car back (as they told me I could). Went on Saturday, they told me bring the car on Monday and we are going to buy it after we evaluate. Called today they told me they knew nothing and they are going to look for the price and call me back today. Did not hear from them. Called them back few minutes ago to have the phone shut on me again! Off you are asking why I went back it was just an easy choice.

Bought a car from them had excellent service from them until they had the money.. Drove the BMW 120d with 12 month engine Warentee for 2 months then engine stopped phoned Jake and he said not his problem. Likely I got it on HP and had the Financial company sort it out we where made false promises and lied to but eventually gave car back. So be careful when you do business here a month after I returned the car I'm still waiting on my Rims and tyres every time I phone full of excuses... Try to deny this I'll post email proof..

Sadly Jake at OnestopcarshopUK let himself down, the promise of a good experience was badly tarnished by a discussion about the car I purchased having a new sump due to an oil leak and we do "all we can to satisfy the customer" . The car had an oil leak and when we took it to a garage they pointed out a few other issues which I raised with Jake, the car was collected and a few days later returned only to have the oil leak show up again. I could go on but at this point I will say that the promises made and broken have left me with a bad taste and a recommendation to everyone not to trust Jake and his car sales
UPDATE I see that Jake has responded to my review with a number of untruths and Jake I DID NOT EXPECT A NEW CAR I expected an honest and trustworthy sales person sad to say YOU are not.

This company deserves 0 stars!
We took our vehicle here for a full service, the garage were unable to provide a receipt or proof of service and did not reset the vehicle service computer within in car so everytime we use the vehicle it beeps and says service due. The company director has refused to provide a receipt or a refund. We have now had to pay another garage to service the vehicle. Avoid this garage at all costs!!!

Very efficient thankyou. Bought my car online and had it delivered 160 miles away. Was apprehensive buying and not seeing but needn't have worried. Everything they told me about the car was true , they also put a MOT on for me which I didnt expect. All in all a very happy bunny.

We recently bought a car from this place. Although, unfortunately we encountered a problem with the alternator during the warranty period, Neil fixed the problem the following day and kept us updated during the repair. Genuine and honest bloke who provides excellent customer service.

Be very careful

Paid a deposit on a vehicle, when I tried to collect informed there was no V5, log book. I was asked to “nip down the post office and fill a form out”. Every bit of advise I can find is don’t buy a vehicle without a V5! Asked the owner to ring me, I only got a txt
How does a dealer have a car without a V5? And why in the weeks he had the car didn’t he sort it out?

I had appointment and I was coming from far and they didn't even let me know car is sold.
Edit: You are right I could have call before I was leaving and no I wasn't advised to call before, still you could have send message to inform your customers... I hope 3 stars are not too harsh as 1
