Sold Car that developed fault 10 days after purchase, refused any assistance despite reassurance that he would help with any issues, blamed my driving for fault with clutch and leaking head gasket.

Avoid him, seems genuine and nice but turns aggresive if you have any issues

As you can clearly see by his response, he is extremely unprofessional and childish. "LEARN HOW TO DRIVE" is a patheic lie to cover up faulty products that he is selling.

Dont use, sells dodgy cars with "12 months MOT" and as soon as you have a problem he blames it on you, shameful service. Even went as far as leaving his own 5 star review to hide the fact that the company is a shambles, shame on you Marcos Coelho.

PS - You're a mess and your company is a sham, hopefully people start to realize and boycott your organization. I'm no mechanic, but it doesn't take one to realize the vehicles you sell are low standard and faulty, take a lead out of your own book and grow up before you reply to your reviews with childish statements such as those everyone can clearly see on this review page. My original comment still stands, shame on you Marcos Coelho (The Bigot who rates his own failing business 5 stars).

Not the best experience I've ever had, Purchased a car and it was missing a wheel, only had four, sounds normal but the wheel it was missing was the steering wheel.

Excellent service will be back again

Bought a vehicle from this guy, very nice to deal with, seemed very 'down the line' etc. PIcked up the vehicle, with a new that day MOT and the horn didn't work. Noticed a whine in 5th and 6th, did some research, found it to be the gearbox bearings and fair play, he had a recon box fitted, no issues.
Then was told i had to buy an extended warranty through him before he would give my van back, from warrantywise (as he advertised), just in case. We sent the money over in good faith, nothing turned up, spoke to him, he says ther's a delay as they are busy, leave it a week, ,call again, he sends the number over, i call them - THEY'VE NEVER RECEIVED A PAYMENT FROM HIM, i question this with him, cold shoulder. Try again, they still have no payment. Try contacting him agaim, he's blocked me - phone, text, whatsapp, facebook - the lot.

Bought a 2008 zafira sri from marco the car developed a fault and the engine management light came on and the car lost power so I contacted marco to explain the situation he was very professional with me I explained I needed the vehicle sorted because I was moving home soon. About 30mins later I had a call from his friend to arrange for the diagnostic machine. He came out that evening and we found a fault with the swirl flaps and within 2days he had the car fixed. Thankyou marco you are a life saver

See below R&M's philosophy - they claim to be FCA approved. I have checked the Financial Services Register, and they are registered as 'Rui Nares'. The Register urges caution. We will be reporting our concerns about this company to the FCA as Marcos Coelho demanded money for a warranty via Warrantywise before he would release our van back to us having repaired a fault which arose 4 days after we bought it. We had no option but to pay in order to get our van back. No warranty has ever been received. We have contacted Warrantywise and they have no record of any warranty for our vehicle. Marcos has now blocked us from communicating with him, having told us to take him to court. Court claim issued yesterday..
