These guys are con artists I paid £1250 for a 1.4 ford fiesta within a month of owning it the engine had blown and the guy how sold me the car found this rather funny while stereotyping me on my age he accused me of boy racing and red lining the engine coursing it to blow, I'm 19 years old and the car had tellicamaticks showing that there was no exesive reving. The car was also riddled with nasty surprises .

Ps it would have helped if I didn't need to top up my oil every day

I've recently bought a car from here and I'm very happy with all the customer care I received. I'm also happy with the car.

Regrettably I have had to edit my review completely, previously I sang songs of praise and whilst that still remains true to the most part about their customer service, I have had nothing but problems with my car (almost instantly once it was out of warranty).

I have mechanical knowledge so have been keeping a close eye on all faults that have developed with the most prominent being my flywheel failing within 5000 miles after purchase. This was a £1000 fix more or less which I gave the benefit of the doubt.

I have now had multiple wheel bearing failures which I noticed about 9 months into ownership and also drive shaft bearing which will come to a further cost totalling around £353.

My Auxillary belt and water pump need replacing now at £495 and the battery has a weak charge which is £175 to replace.

Total repair costs have now exceeded £2000 as I haven't listed everything here.

I am now forced to pay thousands in repairs for a car I am paying on finance at around £4000 total after interest....

I must now either re-finance on another car or quit my job and file for bankruptcy as I won't be able to get it to pass MOT next month which means I will have to default on all my future payments if I do not find a solution in time!

Your 5 stars have been reduced to 2 as you were friendly and sorted my car out quickly but have lost 3 due to quality of product and not checking thoroughly enough for faults before sale.

Bought a Focus from here and had nothing but problems for 2 years and am pretty much stuck with it unless I sell it for peanuts. Arranged to view the car as we had to drive quite a distance to view it and when we got there he said, ‘I’m sorry but we have to close up early today’ leaving us about an hour to look over the car, test drive it and sort out the paperwork.
Don’t go near the place.

When I got the car I have checked the MOT before purchasing the car and the advisory problem was with the steering rack. However, when they give me a fresh MOT it passed without any advisory but recently I did another MOT for this year and the problem with steering rack is there and the issue has not been sorted out. Be careful very dodgy MOT are done privately.

Cars for sale that have not been checked in any way. Cars very very over priced, and the staff are rude have no idea what there doing, also saying a deposit is non refundable, so thieves too. Please DONT buy a car or anything from these people it won’t last and you won’t get any help from them.
