what can i say ......
buying a car should be a really good experience but not all dealers deliver. if you are looking for a professional service, someone that will go that extra mile - excuse the pun and be confident that you will drive away with a smile on your face then look no further.
Michael at approved vehicles will have dealt with many many customers but still has the ability to make your purchase feel special - he was prepared to open up out of hours and the 4 hour round journey for us was well worth it.
As and when my wifes car needs replacing Micheal will be our first port of call

I got a quote and my car was in the next day. First impressions were very good and all the staff are very polite. The lady I spoke to in the office was great explained what would happen and how long it would take to do the job. All In all my experience of this company was excellent and would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Bought a Fiesta St which are known for being abused and I cannot fault the condition, the vehicle preparation before I collected, and the service from all involved and of course Michael. Extremely easy to deal with and cannot get over how well I was treated and the inclusion of extra warranty etc is mind blowing for the price paid. I feel as if I received the same service someone buying a 50k range rover would also be given. Very very happy, thanks!
