Allied Vehicle Recovery

Great service, rented for 7 days to move to France. Vehicle was average condition and could have used a clean inside but more than up to the job and pretty much standard for a rental lorry anyway.Booking, collection and return couldn’t have been easier and staff were friendly. Price was very keen, less than half the price I had been quoted local to me!!

Rented the 9 seater van for a week. went all the way to Cornwall. Van was amazing and the whole family was happy. Allied themselves were great too, dealt with a great guy that made it all easy for us. Well pleased and will definitely be returning 😊

The worst hire company I've ever used. Filthy van, wouldn't start 4 times, Windows inop, warning light on dash. Staff worse than useless and struggled to get an apology. No offer of a partial refund even tho I had to get another van to finish the move. Would never recommend or use again

I booked a transit but on the day needed something bigger for what I was doing.. absolutely no issue at all for them, very accommodating and had no issue swapping me into a bigger van. Would deffo recommend and use them again

How disgusting that this company say there is nothing wrong with this tyre it is apparently entirely legal and when i ask to change the tyre i got no theres nothing wrong with that 1 we will just refund your hire which i have to wait 3-5 days for. Now there is a spare tyre in the vehicle which they are refusing to chang over instead they are just being very rude and dismissive and telling me they are not willing to do anything about the illegal tyre they expect me to drive on. What an absolute disgrace of a vehicle hire company

Needed a hire car for a week for the first time as my car had to go into a garage.
My personal experience was great with this company. I got to drive a comfortable well looked after fiesta. No problems using it and no problems returning it. Great price!

I have used Allied for a number of years and have always found them to be reliable. They will always try to accommodate a last minute booking, are polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

terrible people and there customer service is shocking waited 35 mins to be seen by anyone no one at reception! and make sure you take pictures of any damage before you take the car. the guy who examined the car before giving me it missed aloud of damage so be careful. and there is no customer parking facilities on there site as well.
