Tch Van hire Wolverhampton

Rented a flatbed as I have done many times from this company.

From arriving it took over 30 minutes signing digital forms, taking photos of me and their truck, copying documents and all that stuff.
Gave me a van with no right indicator working, a completely rotten wooden lined cargo bed (which I fell through and scratched my leg on) which I had to make a trip to get some wood just to put on top so my cargo didn’t fall through, faulty drop side locking pins which had been hammered so will not open, engine problems (eml and limp mode came on the motorway causing a longer journey) and the rear camera didn’t work.

When I bought it back I was charged an extra £10 for fuel even though the truck was parked at an angle on the kerb outside and when I picked it up it was at the opposite angle when they took photos. They were ready to charge me more money for going over 150 miles but I fortunately only did 149 miles, which I find insulting when they give me a 250,000+ mile POS truck with faults and wouldn’t pass an MOT

Company seems way too corporate and greedy now. Wouldn’t use them again I think, will just buy my own flatbed that isn’t unroadworthy.

Given 2 stars because the lady that booked me in was really pleasant and so was the guy while he was fining me for allegedly not putting enough fuel in.

Hands down the best hire company in Wolverhampton. I was in a bit of a pickle and needed a Van at short notice, they were so helpful and made me feel at ease. Having never rented a van previously, I was a bit apprehensive but the professionalism and friendly nature of the staff got rid of all my anxiousness. Honestly thank you so much for the service and the Great Van, I will be telling all about my experience!

Really helpful. Managed to make a mistake on the website when ordering but after a short wait they were still able to accommodate me and found a suitable van for me. Virtually brand new vans, in good condition. Really happy with the experience. Will come again if I need a van.

Smooth, mo nonsense transactions and efficient pick up and drop off. Clean and modern vehicles at reasonable prices. I recommend taking out your own excess insurance for about 20 quid because like many rental companies, their excess costs are high.

This Company offer a highly professional service from telephone booking to service pick up. It's quick and providing what you need is available you will have peace of mind. Their fleet of vehicles is good and am particularly impressed that vehicles are modern, safe and kept well maintained.
