Oakmount Veterinary Centre

Just want to say a huge thank you the amazing Vets and Nurses who took care of my girl when she was so poorly,I truly thought I was going to lose her. She is much better and happier than she’s been in a long time. Thanks also to the Reception staff and Gail who made the transition from my old practice so smooth and enabled me to see a Vet quickly, so grateful to you all.

Given the circumstances, I found Oakmount to be a really friendly and welcoming practice. My very poorly turtle was seen due to an emergency and was taken care of in such a caring and loving manner by the vet we were seen by.
I can't recommend Oakmount enough, and it was a beautiful setting for my turtle's final moments. Thank you.

Moved to this vets after having a terrible experience at a different one. Very welcoming as soon as you enter, the vet was very friendly and handled our cat carefully. Explained everything to us as much as she could. Would highly recommend this vets to anyone.

Been using this practice for years, recently took my cat for her booster, the practice is always clean, in the waiting room there is a dog area and a separate cat area, the cat area has some shelves where you can put your cat carrier and there are some covers to cover your cat carrier as some cats get stressed. The staff are all polite and friendly.

Our family dog had somehow managed to scale the 6ft garden fence and was picked up by a member of public on the road side he was brought here and they made quick contact with us and kept him safe and happy until we could collect him. Staff very friendly and happy to help.

Fantastic vets. Everyone I spoke to was compassionate and thoughtful. Couldn't have done more for my pet, he was really cared for. Regular updates and really detailed explanation of what the next steps would be and reason.

i don’t have much experience with vets so didn’t know what to expect but sheryl was great with my robo hamster, he’s an extremely fast little guy but she was so gentle with him and you can tell she loves her patients. also gave me a whatsapp number so i can contact them directly about him which really made me feel reassured

Lovely friendly place. Staff are great. Been going to this vets since they were on Yorkshire street and wouldn't go anywhere else
