First class service when my cat recently fell ill. Appointment was quickly arranged and following treatment he is now back to his old self again. I cannot thank all of the staff enough for their care and concern.

My pup was handled very well and i got told all the information I would need, top service!

I am so disappointed with my experience at Medivet this morning. I have recently taken in an abandoned kitten and took her in to get her checked out. The bet himself was lovely, reassured me that I was doing a great with her and to keep doing what I am doing. He advised she would need a vaccination sooner rather than later, so I asked about help towards this as I am the one whose caring for a kitten that would have otherwise died because she was all alone and stuck on a fence in a field with no mum or litter anywhere to be seen. The vet said to speak to the receptionist, which i did, so embarrassingly enough I'm in the position to ask for financial help in a reception full of people, but heartbreakingly the receptionist showed no compassion, no empathy and offered no help. Every question was a no with no effort whatsoever to even try and get a number for a cat charity. She even went so far as to say 'well if you can't afford the cat, you'll have to give her away". I have left that vets practice today embarrassed and heartbroken with what's happened. Only seem to want to help people who can pay something and no care for people helping an innocent animal.

Great first experience with our puppy. Staff were all really friendly and informative.
Prices are super cheap. Overall a great place

Very friendly, recently went for my first visit with my kittens. I was very nervous, but was put at ease very quickly. I got everything needed to be done and set up in the visit, booking my next appointment was easy to do as well.

Excellent professional service. Friendly and caring practice. The reception area is always clean with calming effect. Friendly and helpful staff. Even when they are busy, they try their best to see the booked appointments.
