Would leave a zero star but can’t, took our greyhound here was told after ultrasound scans an operation was needed, booked in for two days later for operation, to be told on arrival that they needed insurance policy number before operation, none of which was told to us prior to operation date, got there to be told they had cancelled this operation( which is life threatening), lied to about tried to contact the day before, reception staff gave wrong information out regarding insurance claim.
Best advice I can give is find a better vets than this, they’ll clearly not treat even a dying animal without insurance first. Shocking vets practice, and I will be reporting them to the FVCS.

This surgery is negligent ! Firstly the young male receptionist is rude lies and rolls his eyes at you when you ask to see someone senior then the practice manager avoids speaking to you !
they cancelled my dogs surgery today because "apparently" Mr rude on reception told me to ring in with my policy number for insurance! WHICH HE DIDNT ! then lied and said he tried to CALL ERMMMM no he didn't! and since when did a surgery cancel a life saving op because they couldn't prove insurance . I offered to pay ! I called the insurance and was told they would authorise in an hour my dog was VERY sick and needed an emergency operation which they couldn't have cared less if she died ! had to drive an hour to a greyhound vet who will actually know what they were doing . To discover she was mis dignosed !! Will make a complaint to the RCVS they nearly killed my dog !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

All the staff are amazing and welcoming I couldn't fault them so glad I changed vet and my dog loved them it was the happiest he has ever been at a vets

Staff are friendly. They can answer any queries that you have. They talk to your pet to put them at ease if they are anxious

Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. I also telephoned the practice for advice and was given some helpful advice from reception staff

Was able to fit me in at short notice for a quick check on my labradore. Always cheerful.

I would like to give a big thank you to all of the kind and lovely workers who looked after my dog Busta while he was in their care. Dora was brilliant, and also lily(hopefully the correct name) was exceptional. I think every one forgets how hard a vets job is animals can’t talk like humans. Everyone who worked there was so kind and lovely, and adored Busta. Thank you for looking after my baby. Highly recommend.

I feel the price was quite high but great service and very friendly
