The Vet Station

I have been to multiple vets over the years. Since dealing with fernando at The Vet Station on both my visits, the difference in how good his customer service, help and knowledge is the reason why I travel two hours to use him. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

We can not recommend The Vet Station high enough. All the staff are extremely friendly and at the same point professional. Originally went to Vet Station for a second opinion and we wound up staying.

The best clinic I've ever met. It is amazing that in one place you can meet so many professional and nice people who carry out their work with such commitment and dedication to animals. If I could, I would give 11/10.

Receptionist quite rude. Telephone connection not very good, and all of a sudden, I was told not to use that kind of tone. How rude, I haven't even raised my voice or anything. Their lack of professionalism is letting down the company! This is not the first time I encounter this kind of attitude. You should look into this, as they are your front of house!

Vet is lovely, however I had to return twice in a week for the same problem and was charged for 2 consultations which is not right

Taken my dog to the Vet Station on a number of occasions and I can honestly say that they have always treated me and the dog with kindness.
They have contacted my pet insurance company when necessary and sorted any questions that arose.
Money is not the main object with pet care but they seem very competitive and should I say cheaper than their competitors.
