Cherry Tree Gentle Farewells

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jessica for taking good care of our special boy Biscuit yesterday and looking after us as well. Thank you to all of your team you are all amazing and make a hard time so much nicer to cope with x

Compassion, kindness, not feeling rushed , very well thought out indeed.

Cherry tree were brilliant and staff very helpful in my time of not knowing what to do, shadow passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday the vet was so good with her and us, she was returned to me on Friday thanks for everything Cherry tree x

It's difficult to recommend this service to anyone as I wish I didn't have to use it myself. We've had Jess to see Ben, our cat, at home. You could see she treated him with respect and he must have been relaxed in front of her as he was purring as he was falling asleep. Yes, it was heartbreaking but at least we've had the comfort of knowing Jess was looking after him. And it did help that we could cover him in his blanket. Thank you very much, Jess. I'd give 6 stars if I could

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Nicola for her kind attentive service.

She was prompt, efficient, incredibly caring and comforting throughout a difficult process. My wife and I were made to feel so comfortable before during and after the whole process.

Coming to our house, taking the time to make sure we were ready and our pet springer was fully settled before starting any procedure. She explained exactly what, when and why everything was going to happen and fully put our mind at rest.

She clearly cares for animals and really wanted the beat for our beloved pet.

I know this is a business but we didn't feel like it one little bit.

Its taken me 2 weeks to be able to do a review, but I can't not!! I highly recommend this company, I lost my fur baby on the 9th October, my Dizzle was so relaxed around Nicola, she was amazing! she made a heartbreaking situation a lot easier to deal with, he went so peacefully and was treated with so much care 💙 even when we picked him up from cherry tree you could see how much respect and care they give our beloved pets.. Thank you so much.

When the time had clearly come for our dog, Nicola was with us in a very short time, and did all the necessary things in a caring and compassionate way in our own home. She took away his body, and his ashes were ready for collection two days later. I can’t recommend highly enough.
