Vets4Pets Derby

All the staff are amazing. They’re so friendly and welcoming. When I have questions, everyone has always made sure I get all the info I need. Every single member of staff cares deeply about the well-being of the animals they see and I couldn’t feel safer anywhere else. They reassured me about the procedure my cat was having, and when I came to collect her, they checked in with me to see if I was worried and how I was feeling, which is so incredibly kind. The follow-up calls are always friendly and supportive. A-Star service all the way!!

Really do feel Alba is safe with our Vet, Dawn. She is amazing, really knowledgeable, explains everything in detail, really listens to our concerns and puts us at ease. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and we are always treated as good friends. Very satisfied!

I used this vets alot when my dogs were puppies , never been impressed with the care they received , I had one spayed there and since moving vets and having another dog spayed elsewhere has made me see what an awful experience my dog had with them after surgery she was handed over to me no pain relief for home just yeah everything went well any problems let us know, this particular dog has never EVER been right since! My dog who's been spayed elsewhere has been given pain relief for home the level of care she's recieved compared to this vets is unreal!! They have a true passion and can tell they adore the pets they care for, vets4pets you get that feeling they just don't have that caring nature. I'd avoid at all cost! This was around 2020-2021 it's only since having a dog spayed in the new vets that has brought me to leave review for this one.

We were greeted nice she answered questions then went in to see vet for first time and he made us feel relaxed and my dog patch loved him

My dog was booked in to be spayed. All the staff I encountered were very professional, engaged and took care to explain everything to me and gave my dog excellent care.

Your just very proffesional and attentive. Always feel secure of my Widget's visit. She gets very nervous on a visit but vet is always wonderful.

I attended with a problem that the vet was unfamiliar with but she checked on line and listened to me as it is something particular to my breed. I asked for a specific treatment of drugs and found some for me although she wasn't sure that the practice carried these in stock.
