We have good memories she is in our thoughts she had a wonderful life
Everyone there has been amazing. Friendly, great communication and comforting when worrying about what’s up with the dog.
Highly recommended! And here’s the happy patient.
We took it our dogs litter to the blackfen branch. As the mother was registered there. They managed to diagnosed my roughly 5 week old pup with dehydration and an eye infection.
The vet who looks at him firstly missed the fact my pup had a massive abscess! which is incredibly concerning how it was missed…
After numerous things were missed and they discharged him for visits for a week as they said he is becoming stronger & healthier. A week as we could sense nothing was getting better they said he was too poorly to survive. At 7 weeks he was put to sleep. If only they took their time and checked on him daily there would have been tests and medication to help. They told us he was fine when in reality he was going downhill…
I strongly believe if the vets done proper checks and didn’t rush everything my pup would still be here. Now because of their poor service and bad veterinary skills he is now asleep.
I do not fault the male receptionist as he was the only nice, considerate & caring one there.
Do not take your pets to vets4pets blackfen branch. There is numerous cases how they have missed things which resulted in the pets being put to sleep. Unfortunately mine is one.
Please do your research and find a vets who look after your pet how we do.
I was registered with these vets and my cat was having problems going to the toilet called them as they were my vets and was told to go to another vets as they are too busy and that the issue could be a blocked bladder which is an emergency but again they are too busy! How can they turn an animal in a emergency situation away?!
I called another vets who see my cat straight away even though I was not registered with them and confirmed that the issue was an emergency and that my cat should not have been turned away.
Needless to say I never and will never go back to this vets again and I warn anyone else who is considering them to steer clear of them if you want your animals to remain alive!
Disgusting!!
