I can't thank the staff and especially Vet Katie who were just so kind and compassionate when we came today to have our wonderful old boy Madison put down. So professional. Grateful for your kind words, listening to our anecdotes and taking the time to have him put to sleep in such a humane and kind way.

I have been going to the Wheelhouse Vets for over 20 years ever since Charles Wheeler mended our cat, Basil after a car accident in the rain. Basil was well looked after by his vets till he died at age 19. We have now acquired Onyx (Onni) - another rescue cat - who had his first ever visit to CSG yesterday. He is a very nervous boy but Vet Steph immediately put him at his ease and Onni behaved perfectly. I would always recommend Wheelhouse Vets to anyone looking for excellent, knowledgeable, kind treatment.

Alice has been absolutely amazing when we have taken our dog, Artemis, to see her. She is very knowledgeable and has great communication style, always taking time to explain things and making sure we understand. Highly recommend you take your pets to see her!

The wheelhouse vet are amazing and Kevin is a kind caring vet,
Our beautiful Jasmine had to be rush to a out of hour vet she was poorly with fluid building up around her heart,
They managed to drain the fluid and give us extra time with our beautiful girl
The crossroads vet contact the wheelhouse vet as they knew Kevin was a heart specialist,
Kevin fitted us in Monday no problem at all and did heart scans sadly he found a tumor by her heart,
Whist she was recovering from the scan sadly Jasmine health declined rapidly even Kevin was shocked,
Kevin was amazing he was so kind to us and the love he showed our little girl he made her so comfortable and allowed us all the time we needed with her and sadly she had to go over the rainbow 🌈 bridge, Kevin was beyond kind and it was a massive shock to us,
There was no rush for us to pay even when I phoned the next day they said don't worry just pay when your ready but I wanted to pay so I would recommend them as vets because they were so kind caring but not just with your 4 legged family member but us parents thank you from the bottom of our hearts

I’ve never been to a better vet. Charges are reasonable and fair and the service and care are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Super easy to get an appointment. Friendly staff. Great surgery, efficient and professional
