St John's Veterinary Surgery

Fantastic independent vets. Now they have had to move. I was worried about reaching them. However Lousia the Vet visited us at home and Hearing Dog Harley was giving all his boosters and his half yearly check up. Being deaf its hard for me to communicate so I was given an email so I could contact them. Can't fault the service they supply.

The vets that we met during our first visit were very welcoming and seemed to genuinely care for animals.

Thank you so much for helping my dog and me out today when I discovered a tick. He's very nervous but both vets were great and make it as quick as they could for him. He actually left calmer once the tick had been removed. So a massive thank you!

Absolutely first class support provided by vet Hannah and the team for our lovely old cat Sooty, including to us when it was time to let him go. As well as giving clear and detailed information about our options and possible outcomes, which helped in our decision- making, we appreciated the telephone follow-ups and advice given so freely and without additional charge + also staying late when the time came. We felt Hannah and the nurses loved our boy as much as us and really went the extra mile with their veterinary care. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Friendly helpful people with good clear advice. Wonderful with our dogs, they ensure even the more nervious one is happy and comfortable throughout their examination.

RECENTLY CHANGED TO THIS VET I LOVE ITS RURAL LOCATION AND EASE TO ACCESS.
UNLIKE MY PREVIOUS VETS THE WAITING ROOM IT SPACIOUS AND NOT FULL OF BRANDED MERCHANDISE AND SO BUSY YOU ARE LEFT WAITING FOR AGES.
THERE IS A LOWER COST WE FOUND BUT WE ASSUME ITS BECAUSE THEY ARE AN INDEPENDENT NOT PART OF A LARGER FRANCHISE OR PARTNERSHIPS.
THE KNOWLEDGE AND COMPASSION OF THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND
