Companion Care - Portsmouth

We visited the vets today and was welcomed by a lovely clerical assistant and booked in. Waited a few minutes for the vet nurse to call us into her room for Truffles appointment. The vet was very helpful, polite and looked after Truffle very well. I’ve never had a problem with this vet and highly recommend it.

I’m updating this review because, about a week ago, I had to put my little girl down and isn’t an easy process but companion care were very kind and considerate throughout the entirety.

Then I received this letter through the post and it shows just how kind everyone is at this vets. I’ll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I've been with companion care since my dog was 8wks old, (he,s 8yrs old) always,s had great satisfaction in whatever the issue may have been.
I've got their plan & also insurance when l had to claim they always,s sort this for me & l get a quick response.

The vets and nurses have been fantastic
One negative is reception area. Although they are really friendly and helpful, you can wait a while to be booked in or be seen after the appt. Would still highly recommend thou despite this small negative

Argyle was very well looked after at his neutering appointment. We were kept informed of what to expect and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s a bit woozy now but I’m sure he’ll be causing trouble in no time!

Got my rabbit neutered here. The staff were amazing! They are friendly and very helpful. Also not badly priced for everything you get included. Would highly recommend.

We have 3 dogs, we wouldn't take them anywhere else, everyone is friendly and caring. We lost our eldest dog, lola, unexpectedly last year, the vets did everything they could and took the time to send a card. Both our other dogs have had major care with them, and we continue to trust them with our new puppy. Always helpful and caring

Nice vets, and always friendly staff. We’ve been fortunate enough to only have to come for annual vaccinations and weight checks and flea and worming medication, but they’ve always been nice when we have. My fur baby gives it a 10/10.
