Vets4Pets - Hedge End

My cat seems better. And seemed better almost immediately. I’d have liked to have been told the price of the blood tests (£180) before carrying them out as that’s not a small amount of money. I would have said go ahead anyway but as I wasn’t told the code I assumed it wasn’t anything like that much - so it was a shock. Apart from that though, excellent Vet, Nurse and results 👍🏻👍🏻

Our dog had surgery this week. The veterinary surgeon was brought in especially to do the operation. Excellently done and great aftercare by all the staff.

Reception staff were very helpful as always and accommodating as lift was broken, so came and collected and handed Harri back. They explained about medicine prescribed and gave advice about finding some recommended treatment gel.
Vet gave me a ring as I was unable to get into the consultation room. She explained the situation thoroughly but was also reassuring and gave clear guidance about options and next steps.
We know our pets are always looked after well at Vets4Pets Hedge End and the extra steps to accommodate my own needs are greatly appreciated.

I brought in 2 cats & the vet carried them back to my car for me as the lift wasn’t working. Very happy with the service I received.

Loads of parking and located in a pets at home so you can get your pet a treat after visiting the friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. The receptionists make visits effortless and flexible. The vets and nurses are compassionate and thorough. Really happy with the service for our two kitties.
