I have used this surgery for my dogs for over 10 years. The staff are very friendly and efficient. One of my dogs actually likes going there; a second home! They have been able to tackle any condition my hypochondriac dog can find in his medical encyclopedia. Seriously, I can thoroughly recommend this practice.

Always a great experience. Staff are preprofessional and pleasant to work with, vets and nurses are very knowledgeable and open to a conversation about treatments and medication. They have great facilities including 24h emergency clinic and wide variety of specialist services. I always feel heard and feel like they take amazing care of my chronically-ill pup.

We had to take our boy to the emergency vets here late Saturday evening and we are incredibly grateful for the service. The staff were so patient and thorough, we have left there as relieved owners and a pooch on the mend. Thank you so much for all your help!

We’re do I begin, after my Cocker spaniel was diagnosed with Oral Cancer and had half her lower jaw removed she needed CT scans every 6 months for 2 years.
I contacted S&P and we booked in with Duncan .
We have received fantastic service from Duncan the Nurses and receptionist’s , nothing has ever been to much trouble and we knew our beautiful girl was in the best place she could be .
Thank you for everything you have done for Mia and us , will be sad not to return but so relieved her Journey with Oral Cancer is now over.

I am just writing in to say that I have received outstanding customer service form Karen who works on Reception who went above and beyond to help me. She totally understood my concerns around medication and calmed my anxiety by being supportive. I was also impressed that although very busy she took the time to call me very promptly after my email (super quick) and called me later when she said that she would.

Karen and the receptionist team are a real credit to Swaynes.

So helpful, so caring and patient. They fitted us in very quickly when our usual long melford branch couldn't until the end of the day. Very lucky to have such caring people to take care of our beloved jack Russell

Very friendly and very helpful staff, had to have my daughters ferret put to sleep yesterday, and it was rather emotional, and everyone was so nice and compassionate the reception staff Included. Highly recommended.
