Fareham Creek Veterinary Surgery

We are new to Fareham and needed a vet urgently today after our dog was injured. We called Fareham Creek following a Google search. They were incredibly helpful and offered an emergency appointment this morning. The whole team were wonderful from the point we called the surgery until we left. Very happy with the consultation, treatment and overall kindness of the team. Professional team, high level of expertise, care and compassion. I would highly recommend. I just want to say a massive thank you to Fareham creek vets. Rang up and managed to get an appointment within 15 minutes. I'm not sure of the vets name who saw my sisters dog Pugsley but she was truly amazing. You can tell she has a deep love and compassion for animals. Pugsley is now on the mend thanks to her amazing work and I can't thank her enough. Highly recommend.

We’ve been with Fareham Creek since my 11yr old dog, Poppy, was a puppy. Poppy recently had to have an eye removed, which I found really distressing but I felt so much better knowing she was being left in such safe and caring hands. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all so lovely and assured me that they would take good care of Poppy while she was there. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my fur baby with so much love! I’m so grateful to them for reassuring me and taking such good care of her during the process.

They have looked after 4 of our dogs now and we are always very happy with both the customer service and the ongoing health management of our pets. We trust them implicitly and the fact they are there for us if we need them in good times and sad times.

It was my cats TC's first visit. The staff were friendly. The vet was lovely and gentle with TC. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Fareham Creek Vets for over 20 years with various rescue hounds. They are the best and every member of staff, receptionists, nurses, vets and everyone who works there is amazing. They all go above and beyond and truly care. They have saved my sanity with my animals on numerous occasions. We are lucky to have this practice in Fareham.

Have returned after getting our rescued labrador as Peter Heather and his staff are professional and always caring. Having previously before over the years the service has been the best.
