Simply put they were fantastic, it was my dogs first visit to a new vet and he put her at ease instantly. Very professional and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And the price was very reasonable.

We take our dog to Simply Vets because they are always so friendly and caring. Our dog is old and suffers with arthritis and ear problems but they are always so gentle with him and he will go into them without any problems. He sits in reception waiting for his turn as soon as his name is called he is in the room to the vet. I would recommend them everytime.

Javier the vet was absolutely brilliant but OMG the receptionist! (Dark hair, glasses round her neck). One of the rudest people I've come across - if it hadn't been for the vet actually hearing what I was saying I don't think I would have got to see him! She obviously feels she is queen of her own little kingdom but she gives receptionists a bad name!

The vet and the receptionist were both very welcoming. The vet was very gentle with my two kittens during their vaccinations. Very happy.

Very good. Always helpful and informative. Several of their vets are trained to complete the Animal Health Certificate (AHC) which is required to take your pooch on holiday to Europe, now that Animal Passports no longer exist.

We're very happy that Simply Pets are looking after our pup.

Visited again yesterday (1st August), same friendly service, such a shame that it's closing and moving it's customer base to Clockhouse in Stroud.

This is my first time visiting a vet since I have moved to Gloucester, and to be completely honest this is the friendliest vet I have been to. The vet made my animals feel completely safe and happy, they are usually nervous and scared in new situations but she completely calmed them down. The receptionist was lovely, very upfront about the costs and very helpful. Will definitely take my girls here again if they need it.

So I use Simply Pets Gloucester purely out of convenience as they are simply a 2-3 minute walk from my address
Also they are very informative & understanding as any vet should be and in my experience they happily take the time in the appointment to explain & to listen and the customer service is simply what to be expected and so far I’ve never had any problems with them
I recommend them as whilst only a very small veterinarian surgery - it clear that they care & treat each animal patient & their owners with complete respect, can’t praise them anymore
