Phoenix Vets - Camberley

Amazing vet, always there to offer the best care and support for my pup ❤️ The staff are lovely and caring, always giving me peace of mind with each visit. I know my dog is in the best hands whenever I go and I believe my pup knows this too! Thank you for all you do!

I have always found going to the vets a stressful encounter, but the team at Camberley have been helpful, don’t rush you and explain everything clearly (even twice if you’re not sure without feeling pressured). They have a practice in Sandhurst too which is just as good but they don’t do surgery (dog tooth extraction) there.

Great local vet. Switched here from one in Farnborough that was completely disorganised. Phoenix is polar opposite, super friendly and helpful

We were referred here for emergency treatment for our cat which our regular vet could not conduct. Unfortunately our beautiful cat was too ill and had to be put to sleep. The kindness, compassion and consideration we were given as a family, despite it being late on a Friday evening, was wonderful. We were allowed to spend time with our pet before and after the procedure and nothing was too much trouble. She, and we as a family, were treated with the greatest respect. The veterinary surgeon, nurse and all of the staff were exceedingly kind. We know which vet we will be using when we manage to find our next feline family member

It’s very sad to leave Phoenix Vets as we moved. They treated and taking good care of my dog Minie very very good! We always felt welcome going in there and Minie was always happy abd felt comfortable! It’s also very clean and everyone is so friendly! Thank you for looking after Minie over the year.

After 7 yrs I have had enough and am pulling my 2 dogs out of this vets practise. One particularly cold, aloof and unempathic male vet, who I asked specifically NOT to ever be seen by again & for this to be put on my notes, well, they booked me in with him yesterday as my wish had not been recorded properly on my notes. I had no choice but to go ahead with the consult. No care shown to me or my dog. No proper investigation for his repeated ear infections. Hidden extra charges creeping in. I am disgusted.

I had enough with this practice. This is just a business and nothing more than that!
To explain my 1 star: out of max 5 stars I take 2.5 because you have wasted my money and time in half the cases I visited your practice, leaving with a trial and error kind of diagnostic [because if its not this, it might be that] ; then I take one more star for the fact you charged me £5 per pill when it can be found on the internet for £1.5 in average. Yes I know its not the same, but I already paid for the consult (actually I paid for 3 appointments in 10 days)and initial prescription & drugs, so basically you charged me 3 times more just for the benefit of visiting your practice....

Was waiting for the vets to give my cat back after spaying her. I had told them I was in a rush as I was running late to work, the woman was rude and unprofessional, we pay you for your job remember that. Won’t return here!
