Thank you for providing excellent care and treatment for my retriever over her 17 years. She was very healthy for most of her life but you were there with your expertise when I needed it in her last few years. And a big thanks for the help you've given me with all the other pets I've brought to you over the years, I'm sure there'll be more to come!

Excellent customer service and for them your pet is the customer. My pup actually likes going there and practically pulls me in the door. To be honest I wouldn't trust his health with anyone else.

Awful first vets:

This is mine and my partners first time having our own pet and first time being a part of a vets. Never have I experienced such a lack of customer service in my life. Our puppy was not very well so not only dealing with that emotion but to then be spoken down to by the receptionist Jackie (I think). She was rude, patronising and came across so cold hearted to the point where I just wanted to leave. Please bare in mind this is after I expressed very politely how my partner and I are going through a tough time financially she still continues to talk down to us.

After saying we wanted to be taken off there system and didn’t like the way we are being spoken to she almost chased us out the vets and shouted at us across the road.

The actual vet that saw my puppy was very helpful and really nice, there was also a young lady behind the desk who was also super helpful.

Based on this I highly doubt we will be using this vets again !

Best vets around!!! Very caring and make you and your pet feel at ease.

All the people working here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
You can feel that they really care.
Once, we found a little hurt bird in the middle of the road. We took him in, and they took care of him. They even called me back to update me on his conditions after the Vet visited him.

Now we have a dog and he loves coming here!

Not happy with my recent visit. Not really helpful when I needed an appointment.

I want to thank the wonderful kind hearted vet whom we saw on the 26th September at 10am, we very sadly had to have our gorgeous boy PTS due to being extremely poorly and as devastating as it was the vet and her nurse were absolutely lovely, giving us time alone with our boy to say our goodbyes, I was totally heartbroken that morning but the vet and her staff were absolutely wonderful . Thank you for making his passing a peaceful time, and thank you so much for the lovely card and paw prints ❤️
