Both of my dogs get seen here and always provide very in-depth information about both pets to help me understand their needs to ensure they live a healthy life. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. They always check in after treatments also. Honest, welcoming, thorough, helpful and informative. 100% recommend!

I was recommended Swaleside by a friend and I'm so grateful! After having a bad experience with a vet and with an (unqualified) groomer both myself and Rusty are a bit nervous and apprehensive when going to a new practice.

We were treated kindly, quickly and with patience. Rusty is already on the mend and I can't thank you all enough! The receptionist, the nurse and the vet have all been extremely fab and thorough and have put any nerves I had, completely at ease.

I have always been impressed and more than happy with the service provided by Swaleside Veterinary Surgery. The nurses are all extremely kind, caring and proficient and we are always given a warm, friendly greeting on arrival. Mr Flanagan is very informed and knowledgeable about my dog's medical history and treats her gently and kindly in a professional manner. It is so reassuring to go to a vet that knows my dog inside out as he has treated her from a puppy. I would most definitely recommend Swaleside for great personal service.

Been a customer for 18 years - would not want to go to any other vets. Adore the staff, as does my dog; very happy and confident with care and treatment provided. The best vets I have had my animals with. They take fantastic care of my 4 working sheep dogs, having seen them for a range of work related injuries to more routine procedures. Nurses are very knowledgeable and caring with all the dogs, and to always see the same great vet John is a huge advantage as well. Would not take my dogs anywhere els

Highly recommend. You will not find a better vets! Lovely reception team / nurses and the vet is amazing. Very thorough and explains everything in great detail.
