I want to thank Sandra for her professionalism and kindness for Millie during my recent visit. We had to call the out of hours vet for an emergency who called Sandra and she gave us the perfect advise and we didn't have to run to the vets with a sick dog.

We have always received very good advise from her for Millie on multiple occasions.

I have been using this practice over 20 years and would never go anywhere else. I have full trust in all the vets and nurses. They always look after my cats wonderfully. First class!

This is an outstanding surgery. Everyone we’ve encountered is professional and polite, in particular Becky, who is an expert at untangling insurance claims and ensuring our account is up to date and correct. That said, the real star of the show is our vet, Sandra. Sandra is calm, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I credit her with extending the lives (and quality of life) of several of our cats. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sandra, she works harder than anyone else I can think of. Sometimes it’s the small touches that make a difference - a handwritten sympathy card and frame containing paw prints when a cat passes away, a phone call now and then to check in on the feline family…I can’t recommend Sandra and her team any higher - five stars all the way!

Fabulous. Whole team caring from the moment I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. I had hard decisions to make but they allowed me time to make the decision. I could see my pet was very poorly and there was multi team members working on her.
