Sandhole Veterinary Centre - Kent

We needed a vet experienced with reptiles and Sandholes's website offered this. We booked online, very easy, followed up with a phone call to check the consultation price. On arrival we didn't wait long until our reptile was seen. Everything was explained to us clearly while the treatment was being done, and so we could continue to administer the medication at home. This resulted in a stress free visit for us and our gecko.

Friendly and helpful staff. The kitten's first visit was calm and supportive. Cat friendly waiting area with calming sprays to hand if needed. Good parking facilities as well

Used their cremation services for my daughter's pet hamster. Thoughtful, dedicated, sincere and caring along with very reasonable cost. The staff were excellent and the centre in general looked very well maintained and appointed. Good parking as well.

Sandhole Vets looked after our Jack Russell Charlie for 15 years or so, until he went to chase rabbits in the sky last week. Always an exemplary service with experienced and friendly staff, both the vets and support staff. Thank you. The way they handled his last moments and the in-house cremation service were both excellent.

Our dog passed away on a Saturday night. I was able to contact sandhole first thing on a Sunday morning and arrange for her cremation. Very sympathetic and caring especially Becky who helped us through the process. Big thanks guys.

The whole team at Sandhole are dedicated to giving pets and owners a positive, pleasant and friendly experience. Their friends and family scheme is excellent value for money. My furbaby, Baileys, life was saved two years ago by very prompt and accurate diagnosis.I would not take him anywhere else.
I have heard people complain that their prices have gone up since the new owners bought the practice, but then most shops
and services have increased pricing over the last year. Personally I cannot put a price on my pets health and will continue to visit until he no longer needs veterinary care or a loving home

I paid an outstanding bill in full and in person on 10/01/2023.
I'm still being informed via email that it is unpaid.
The bill was for the euthanasia of my beloved cat. I am mourning her loss. I don't need this
harassment.
