Medivet Willesborough – Peter Edgar Vets

After a bad experience at another vet in the local area, I was SO pleased with the service I received at Medivet. My dog is very nervous of new people, but the nursing team and vet couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thanks so much to Brian for explaining in so much detail and being so patient with us both. Very happy customer :-)

Excellent practice. I have a springer spaniel and we have been in the wars so many times that I am lucky to have this vet on my doorstep. Not all vets give this service. Thank you

The BEST OF ALL THE VET I HAVE BEEN!!! They accommodate us even in a surprise visit, even we are not register to this vet they treat my dog so well and help us with my dog's "urgent" travel certificate! Highly recommended to everyone! Brilliant people ♥

USED TO BE GOOD - no more. Bought by a large group, this busy practice has declined drastically. Prices are silly expensive, and they always want you to come back to complete the job. Despite paying monstrous prices, these checks are very short and very payable. What used to be a thriving and compassionate practice is now an empty office.

Thank you to Brian and the lovely lady you had with. You took care of rocky and till the end he was big dog but you understand him from the bottom our hearts thank you. Xx

The staff at this surgery are a dedicated group your pet will be in saff hands

We were nervous, first-time kitten owners and have been bringing our cat here for the past 10 months. The service we’ve received has been exceptional each time. We’ve been able to book same day appointments and receive free advice over the phone when needed. All the staff have been friendly and professional and I trust them completely - they clearly care very much for the animals. I wish the service I receive from my human GP surgery was half as good as the service my cat receives at Peter Edgar vets!

I liked the warm, friendly staff. They were welcoming and quick to help my puppy feel comfortable. They helped me to set up a health plan easily. The clinic was very clean and everything ran efficiently. The displays and leaflets were useful and informative. My questions were readily answered.
