Kindness and professionalism personified. Dr Jones and her team looked after 3 year old Max amazingly when he developed a severe allergic reaction to a spider bite (or possibly something the little monkey ate). Far from home, they agreed to see him immediately nearly at closing time and kept him all the next day when he deteriorated. They treated him effectively and he's back to his usual self. Many thanks to them and for submitting the pet plan claim really speedily too. They took as much of the stress and worry from the situation as they could!

I have been using this practice for at least 5 years. The vets show kindness and compassion and know what they are doing. The nurses are brilliant. I would recommend this practice, they will look after both you and your pets. The practice is down some stairs but if you are not able to access the stairs they do home visits within a 5 mile radius if necessary.

Great practice, always helpful, always freindly staff and you can see they really care for the animals they look after. Highly recommended.

Always friendly and supportive. Very professional. Really appreciate that Alison and her team understands the dachshund breed - many vets are not so up to date with breed information. We had a few stressful times with our pup and everyone is always so professional, friendly and happy to help and advise. We are very happy with the practise and would highly recommend.

My Staffordshire Bull Terrier is anxious at the vet, and today was his booster day. Alison and the wonderful nurse came out to the car park and looked after us both so that the whole situation was relaxed and easy.
They suggested the chill protocol which worked brilliantly. It's such a relief to know that he is so well looked after.
They also vaccinated our darling elderly Whippet, who likes coming to the vet!
Thank you all!

Very kindly one of the vets here picked up my cat after she had been hit by a car, contacted us, and were very kind explaining our options and taking care of everything. We were registered at this vet but otherwise hadn't needed to visit previously. The member of staff who explained that the road we live on is unsafe for a cat was very gentle in explaining. My only feedback in future would be that if they had the capacity the vet could contact newly registering patients to warn them if they live somewhere which might be too risky for their pet, we could then have kept our cat inside or done something else to protect her. But a very kind and professional team and I very much recommend them

I called them at 10am on a Saturday morning as my dog was having an allergic reaction and this was my closest vets. We were 100 miles from home, so not registered. They were amazing, advised to come straight down, saw my dog on arrival and provided emergency treatment. All staff were lovely and amazing! Thank you so much!
