All of the staff are just angels and genuine animal lovers. Particularly Helen who is the most wonderful vet I have ever encountered. So kind, thorough and understanding. We have been bringing our dogs here for several years now and can't fault a thing.

It was easy to book an appointment. The price was competitive compared to elsewhere. Receptionists were friendly, directed me as I got lost and was panicking. They rang me when the surgery was over and told me when to come and collect my dog. They explained the medication to give after clearly. After care has been really good- I sent photos via whats app. I would 100% recommend this vet for a lap spay!

My pet went there to be snipped and it was quite expensive. They forgot to tell me he was ready to come home and was left there all day when he could have been cared for at home and because if this, he picked up a virus in the surgery, which was passed to my other pet and they both died within a fortnight. It stinks when you go in the door and is obviously not clean and disinfected out the back.
These vets had no compassion when I told them and all they were interested in was how much I wanted to spend on cremation. No sorry or interest just all about the money. The receptionists are useless when I took my rabbit in after arranging a cremation, they asked me to sit down and wait for the vet. They had not even recorded what had happened and why I was there. Don't send your pets there if you have any sense - send them to somewhere that really cares about animals and not just making money.

The friendly Vet was extremely knowledgable, efficient and patiently took all the time I needed to explain to her about my dogs condition and recent past, before administering the vaccines. She gave me some very good information about different options regarding ongoing medicines and was not at all pushy or trying to make unnecessary sales. I left feeling really happy about the service we received and the way our golden retriever is cared for there. Outstanding service

So kind and respectful to my family and I when we had to say goodbye to our cats this past year. Thanks all. Even when we were distressed they gave us all the time we needed with our fur babies to say final goodbyes as they had been poorly.

This is my usual vet -- been taking my two cats here for years. This morning, just after 10am, we walked in and were immediately assailed by a very off-putting smell. The place is usually a bit smelly -- and has been for the past several years -- but this was really over the top -- I had to stand outside in the fresh air from time to time and I felt very sorry for the staff working there. The whole place smelled of poo and it seems to be due a sanitize. It was really hard to stomach. They need to get their act together. Not happy.

Changed the rating of this review as I thought I was rating the Beehive Centre branch. I called this branch about a sick wild animal. They told me to bring it in for assessment. When I arrived they turned me away :( I called the branch at the Beehive centre and they were happy to assist and gave the treatment that was required. I guess these are franchised branches so have different rules, however it was rather annoying for them to say come in and then get turned away once I got there.

Lovely vets, nurses and reception staff. Have done a wonderful job of looking after my dogs over the years, most recently my girl who has had major surgery on her leg. Nothing is too much trouble.
