I cannot thank the staff at this vet enough!! their swift action , loving care and expertise definitely saved my cats life after she managed to swallow a needle Perforating her stomach 😢
The staff kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel cared for and my precious Iris comfortable and safe .

So happy with Village Vet Brook Green! Kerri-Ann was so welcoming and sweet with my small dog when a few of her teeth needed to come out. They were flexible and reassuring and made me feel like she was in great hands! Highly recommend!

My Cat Gypsy was diagnosed with feline diabetes as you can imagine I was concerned, the vets were amazing talked me through things Kerriann gave me lessons on how to inject and made me feel comfortable doing it, Now Gypsy is not an easy cat at the vets but the staff always welcome him and manage to get bloods when needed without having to sedate him which for me is a god send as it keeps the cost of his treatment down. Would highly recommend this veterinary Surgery and it’s friendly staff.

Very disappointed with our service from this vets, it's so hard to find a decent place that will give proper care to your pet without throwing extra hidden charges at you from every angle and this is exactly what we experienced here. Being told to pay for pills we didn't need and being quoted one price but on the day having that go up by hundreds of pounds is not what you expect from a professional environment that is supposed to be caring for your pet. I would advise anyone to stay away and find a vet who actually want to provide the best care they can, not just take you for every penny you have.

Village Vet (especially Kerri Ann) always go above and beyond with their customer service. They always do their very best to ensure that my dog is settled and comfortable. It really helps when you have an anxious dog. Thank you team.

I take my 2 cats to the village Vet Brook Green. Amazing vets, really care and love animals! But to me, the star is Kerrian at the reception. What a brilliant human being! She truly loves animals, knows all the pets that come in, and is very very helpful to all pet owners. Thank you all!
