Pennard Vets Sevenoaks

We took our cat Bootsie to our local vet and they determined she needed to be hospitalised for possible kidney failure. We were beside ourselves with worry. The vets at Pennard in Sevenoaks were not only kind and thorough with her care but also with us. She’s on the road to recovery and we are so grateful for all the patience and support provided to us during the tough days. ❤️💙❤️

I have a giant dog who can be a little high maintenence but the team have been fantastic with him since he was a pup. I also had a bad experience with my previous vet but these guys have made the effort to make sure I'm at ease every time, going above & beyond expectations. From the desk staff to nurses to vets, they've all been fantastic. Have used emergency vet a couple times and always been quick with great care.

Nothing is too much trouble, and the care and love that all the vets that we’ve had has been exceptional. So lucky to have them.

Pennards Vets is the best! I wouldn't dream of taking my dog, Billy Idol, anywhere else. Andy McCulloch has treated Billy on more than one occasion with gentleness and a huge dollop of expertise. Karen and Sophie on the desk are very helpful as is everyone else on the admin team. The only regret I have about Pennards is that they don't treat humans too!

Pennard’s were just fantastic. I brought in a very sick dog having not had a great experience at another vet and Pennard’s took me and my dog seriously. The vets explained everything clearly, answered all my questions & were kind and not condescending. The nurses played with my boy & cuddled him, sending me frequent photos of his progress after he was admitted. The receptionists made us feel welcome and helped us navigate all the payment challenges and insurance stuff. It’s awful when your fur child is sick but the peace of mind knowing he was getting the best care was a godsend.

I have nothing other than praise for everyone at Pennards. I have found all the staff extremely kind and helpful… the vets always calmly discuss what the best options are, demonstrating excellent knowledge and sound common sense. 100% recommendation.

The 30min journey was well worth it for my bearded dragon. The vets itself was clean and welcoming and staff were very friendly and helpful. Mark the exotic vet was knowledgeable and gave great advice. Thank you
