Dragon Vets

Dragon Vets are incredible. Our cat went in with pancreatitis in Dec 2020 and we were told he might not make Christmas. With their care he pulled through, but now needs daily care from us as he is type 1 diabetic and has to be injected. He wears a glucose sensor and has to go back every fortnight for it to be changed. We've now had him for another 15 months and apart from his diabetes he's fit and healthy. He was the first cat to go home wearing a glucose sensor and now they have 15 cats that wear them.

My dog had an operation this week and Dragon Vets has been amazing. They were very thorough in explaining everything and making sure I was kept updated on my dog. My dog was looked after so well and has bounced back from surgery faster than any previous procedure she’s had done. The staff here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about the animals in their care.

The entire team at Dragon Vets deliver consistently excellent service and care for our 2 cats, both of whom have been very ill over the past year. The team go out of their way to give updates by phone. This was hugely appreciated when our cat was hospitalised for an extended period with them. Both branches we use (at the race course & Charlton Kings) are fantastic. I would recommend Dragon Vets without hesitation.

Dragon Vets are a superb practice, professional, up to date, kind and efficient.
My dog had a mystery sore on his leg which was dealt with fully and with great results. The knowledge shown by the vet was excellent.
My nervous other dog had seeds in her ear- again superb treatment spending time to sort her out.

Efficient empathetic reception staff, available appointments in emergency. Every vet has been thorough, kind and proved extremely competent. We have two animals with long term health conditions and I feel completely confident they'll be supported lifelong by this surgery.

Unfortunately our pet kitty needed emergency out of hours care and our normal vets referred us to Dragon Vets based at the racecourse. The team there made it easy to book in and get the relevant care. The vet that saw us was exceptionally compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Fantastic practice! From the moment I walk into reception to the moment I leave, the whole team at Dragon provide an outstanding service. My cat has been visiting Dragon since she was a kitten. She is now 18 and unfortunately has kidney problems so am visiting more frequently. She usually sees Ollie and every time he gives a thorough prognosis while showing care and compassion. I tried a cheaper practice years ago, but they were so rough with her I went straight back to Dragon and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wonderful veterinary practice...having to take my sisters beautiful boy, who was seriously ill and sadly lost his life...they looked after him so well and the amazing vet stayed with me and Jazzy till the end and after. Such overwhelming kindness and caring people. Can't thank them enough.
