Scarsdale Vets - Stapenhill

We had to say goodbye to our little friend Billy after 14 and a half years of fun and frolics,all the staff were very good and caring

Been coming to springfield vets for the last 12 years, they have done wonders with our animals over the years, and when we've had an emergency they have always got us straight in.

Our cat was in a rta this week and they got her straight in the reception staff was absolutely fantastic, however the male vet we saw really didn't seem interested and too be honest did not explain anything at all, which I later found out off the reception staff he was a temp vet to the practice explains a lot as normaly everything gets explained very well.

The lady nurse that we saw a day later was fantastic spent the time explain everything and telling us what we needed too doo etc and the lady bussiness manager was friendly and very helpfull and understanding

Was dead happy with that side of things these guys have always gone above and beyond and that's why all our animals are registered here, they have always helped and always done an fanatic service

And for those reasons I am still giving a 5 star review, the normal vets are always fantastic, reception staff are fantastic and the branch manager is fantastic aswell

super amazing as always, Tracey the receptionist is so worth her weight in gold, she cares for the animal and the humans, absolute credit to the practice 🙌 👏 x

I am a vip customer with my French bulldog,
this week I took Beau ( my frenchie ) for an operation and the staff were very caring and kept me upto date with Beaus progress at all time , I found take very reassuring and comforting they even gave me a phone call the next day to check on Beaus progress

Sad day today having our beloved cat put to sleep but the service from Scarsdale Stapenhill made it the best experience it could have been. The receptionists were kind from the moment we stepped foot in the door and Mark the vet was compassionate, professional and caring. Thank you to the whole team at a difficult time for us and for our Sophie.

I didn't feel confident with the knowledge of the vet regarding my pets requirements. The appointment was over an hour to have blood pressure taken and be given the necessary medication. They were not able to prescribe our usual amount of tablets and was told to go back when we are getting low. My pet has a history of high blood pressure and anxiety, this was not a great experience.

Absolutely outstanding service, friendly staff, and very caring and compassionate. They looked after my guinea pig with such care and attention until the very end. I would highly recommend The Vet Stapenhill to anyone who is looking for someone to love their pets as much as they do.
